Why: On this monumental birthday, we've taken the opportunity to invite the community to enjoy the ceremony that traditionally takes place privately at the annual Marine Corps Birthday Ball events worldwide. The event, including lunch and cake, will be provided at no cost to attendees.
Throughout 2025, Marines across the globe will celebrate the 250th birthday of the United States Marine Corps. Join us locally to honor and celebrate 250 years of history, traditions and legacy of service to the nation Marines have fought so hard to protect. The Brazos Valley Marine Corps League and VFW Post 4692 will honor this legacy by providing our community with a momentous cake cutting ceremony with a special opportunity to connect with local veterans and celebrate 250 years of service and sacrifice.
