On Saturday, I did a bit of walking.
I slept in Saturday Morning, then did my usual 5 mile walk. I like to walk to get exercise. Then...because it was such a nice day, I went out and played disc golf in Bryan.
it was at a course I hadn't played in quite awhile. In fact, I had a map of the course on my phone, but couldn't find hole 1. A guy by the basketball courts saw me wondering around, and asked if I needed help finding the 1st tee. So, because of his kindness, I was able to find the first tee. I ended up shooting 1 over, and got alot more steps.
I then ran some errands, and by the end of the day, my fitbit said I walked over 12 miles and burned over 5,000 calories.
Needless to say, I was beat when I went to bed. But a fun Saturday.
