The Bryan Police Department announced that "Kohn" was going to retire working for the department. Kohn has been working for the Bryan Police Department for the past 9 1/2 years.
According to Bryan PD, "In June 2009, K9 Kohn competed in the Texas Police Games where he won two silver medals." Kohn also had over 300 real world deployments during his career.
Kohn will enjoy his retirement as he continues to live with his handler Chad Hanks.

There's going to be a retirement ceremony today at 3:00pm. The ceremony will take place at the Criminal Justice Center. The public is welcome to join us in celebrating the career and retirement of K9 Officer Kohn.
