Just got an update on Moody Gardens progress on Iceland. They have 22 days left before it opens, and they're making good progress!

The theme this year is A Caribbean Christmas . One thing I like about ICELAND at Moody Gardens is that the ice comes from Bryan, Texas.

They have an award-winning team of master ice carvers from Harbin, China working on the two million pounds of ice for the Caribbean Christmas look.

The Iceland at Moody Gardens will be available Nov. 19 - Jan. 7.
