My Mini-Michigan vacation

I took Friday & Monday off, so I could take a min-vacation to visit my brother in Michigan.

It was a fun time, as we hit 7 different brewpubs.

the first one had a interesting way to hold their sampler....a wood cutout of the state

The sampler I got was "Night Moves' "Mellencamp" "Twilight Zone" and "Everything Zen". I may have chosen the beers because of their rock & roll titles.

another brewery we went to had a cool logo for their pint glass.

I liked the eyes. Instead of Pint glasses, or apparel, I was able to get these. Tag-a-brew.

It's nice to get a souvenir that isn't too bulky.

While up North, I had to get a local staple....poutine! (fries, gravy and cheese curds)

But it wasn't all brewpubs....we did do an escape room. It was different, because it included 5 tons of sand!

They wouldn't let me take a picture of the room...but I was happy that we escaped with 15 minutes to spare!

Another thing my brother and I did was play disc golf

We also went bowling

What nice form huh? Sadly I missed the shot. Still broke 100 in both games, so that was good.

As for the weather it wasn't too bad. One night it did snow a bit and was in the 30s, but I was prepared

Definitely a fun time!
